Is it realistic to try and write and publish a usmle review book during medical school? If so where do you start? Thanks

I would probably look for a publisher first. See if any are interested. Perhaps the your local med school will also be willing to publish it as a university book.

The book chapters that i've written have been mainly sponsored by big publishers such as Lipponcott-Wilkins, so not sure how else to go by it beyond that.
