publishing case report

anyone know of a medicine journal that's relatively easy to publish a case report in? preferably with a relatively quick turn around time?

prob what a lot of ppl are looking for, i know.
however, i don't care at all about impact factors and the reputation at this point is not of any great significance.

any ideas would be a HUGE help. kind of streesed. 😕

Here are a couple suggestions for easy publications:

1. Write it up as a poster presentation at the annual ACP Associates meeting in your state (http://www.acponline.org). Your program director should have information on this.
   
2. Submit it to the Student BMJ (http://www.studentbmj.com).
   
3. Submit it to the Student Union section of www.MDConsult.com.
