If I have had a few new pubs since I submitted should I write them all down in a word document and email them to the PDs? Or should I just bring them to interviews, just wondering.

Good luck everyone.

I sent mine to the coordinator, and also brought hard copies to the interviews. Would not send directly to pd.

You don't by any chance know where I could find an easy copy/paste list of all those coordinators? I only ask because it would be a pain to do each program via ERAS info....

Not aware of such a list. I did it via eras, took 2-3 hrs, got ~20 responses and at least one extra interview out of it.

Was wondering how one would bring pubs to the interviews. Have a friend who owns 3 pubs... You know where I am going with this... 😀

? help me lol, I must be dense...

I have the same issue. You just emailed the authors/title/journal to the coordinators? Thanks for the advice!

I just spoke to my program coordinator about this. She said that it is not inappropriate to send an email listing changes to your application (publications, presentations, AOA status, incarceration, deportation, etc) to the program coordinator. Everyone understands that a CV is an always-changing thing. She said she gets 2-3 of these emails a week, and she has some way that she adds it to the applicant's file electronically on ERAS.

It's not uncommon for our program director to get these emails, but if that happens, it's less likely to get officially added to your packet and distributed to the appropriate people on the committee.

I hope this helps.
