Has anyone done any rotations in Puerto Rico? I'm not sure if this is really considered international since they are a US territory and they have AMA approved residency programs, but I'm looking to brush up on my spanish and I think it might be a good oppurtunity.

it's not international. You can rotate here just like in any state.
