This semester I was overwhelmed with classes and ended up pulling out of a chemistry class in order to free up my schedule. My question is, will this affect the way in which medical schools view my transcript (a 'W' was put on it)?

One W is fine. Don't make it a trend.

Trust me, I didn't want to do it. It just annoys me that I'll have 0 of the required pre-med courses completed by the end of my first year.

You can do them all within almost 3 years.

Semester system:
Phys1-Phys2-summer-Phys3-PhysLab
Bio1-Bio2-summer-Bio3-BioLab
Chem1-Chem2+ChemLab-summer-Chem3
Math1-Math2-summer-Math3-Ochem1-summer-Ochem2+OchemLab-Ochem3

Quarter system would be 2 years cause we're cool like that.

3 semesters of phys, bio, chem, and ochem each? What are you on?

Three quarters of each doesn't equal three semesters of each.

Dude. "a year of biology" equals two semesters, not 3.

OP, I'll have none done going into my junior year, so count your blessings.
