Hey guys, I am having trouble summarizing the Pulmonary circulation, in part because it's not really summarized in the blue book and I never took a physiology class. Is the path of Pulmonary circulation important and if it is could someone summarize the path? All I got so far was pulmonary veins
-> left atrium -> left ventricle -> aorta.

vena cava -> right atrium -> right ventricle -> pulmonary artery -> lungs -> pulmonary vein -> left atrium -> left ventricle -> aorta

upper body--> deox blood to superior vena cava

lower body --> deox blood inferior vena cava

and after blood goes thru the whole heart

descending aorta --> oxygenated blood to lower body

Right Ventricle
Semilunar Vavle
Pulmonary Artery
Lung (Capillary bed)
Pulmonary Vein
Left Atrium
Mitral Valve
Right Atrium
Semilunar valve
aorta
arteries
arterioles
capillary
venules
veins
Superior/Inferior Vena Cavae (Depends on which side of body)
Right Atrium

Theres a valve every time you go from Atrium - Ventricle (Right - Tricuspid, Left - Mitral) and aslo when blood leaves the Ventricle (both right and left side are called Semilunar)
