Pulmonary Sarcomatoid Carcinoma

Seeing a T2aN1M0 post lobe and dissection with visceral pleural extension and 1 Level 11 node. Adjuvant chemo. Anyone this there is a call for PORT in this histology different than regular NSCLC?

I can't find much but small case series, etc...

Agreed. Not sure about the specifics of sarcomatoid features but it's still a carcinoma so I would treat it as NSCLC, which as you know the answer is no.
