Purdue C/O 2014 Interview

If I didn't hear anything from them through email, is there no hope for me in purdue?? 🙁 does anyone know the last date for interviews?
 
My understanding is that Purdue interviews ended on March 1st. I hope you hear from some other schools! Good luck!

has anyone heard anything since their interview yet? mine was 2/26. Still waiting and the wait is killing me!!!!!!!!! 🙁 😕🙁:xf:
 
They said they would send out decisions last week of March. Good Luck!
 
Acceptances/denies typically go out after spring break week for Purdue, which is next week. So in two weeks or so you should all know your status 👍

The wait is getting to me too! Just over a week to go. I don't know if I can hold on much longer. 😕

West Lafayette is obviously very easy to get around and I love love the school very much. Share your good news if you get accepted next week!! LOL. I have to make a deposit for a 2nd choice school this Friday. That's why the wait is eating up on me!!

I hope you get into Purdue so you don't have to pay the obnoxious $1000 deposit at Pacific! Hang in there, the wait is almost over 🙂. Is Purdue your first choice?? Good luck!

LOL. I love Purdue the most out of all the interviews I went to. The campus and the life in West Lafayette suits me well. Still one more week to wait for the response. 🙁
 
So I just kind of accidentally found out that I was accepted to Purdue. I was logging on to the mypurdue.purdue website to see if they cleared my immunization form so I can register for my last pre-req this summer, and instead of opening to the main page when I logged in it said congratulations your application has been accepted to Purdue for Fall 2010. There was a link to pay the deposit for the PharmD program. I almost fell out of my chair. So it looks like decisions have been made now just waiting for the official letter to come next week. Good Luck to everyone! :luck:

They did say that decisions were gonna be made before spring break and letters would be sent out after. I wish I could find out too, oh well I can build up my patience 😀.

congrats!! omg thats so exciting lol. i wish i could see if i got in or not lol. the wait is killing me! so im guessing the letters will be in the mail next week...ahh i wanna know and not at the same time! lol this is nerve wracking!

AWWWWWWWWWiiie!!!!!! Congrats to you and congrats again!!!!!! 🙂 I'm very happy for you. I guess we will all receive the letter next week, accept/reject/waitlist 🙁 hmm... I can't wait.

just to let everyone know...i called purdue earlier today and they haven't sent out the letters yet..she said they could be sent out as late as this friday! that means we might not get them till next week...bummer!!

Yeah it seems like we wont hear for another week.🙁 They are probably not done with all the letters. The wait is killing me though, :scared:.

Oh thanks a lot. I had been literally checking my mailbox and email every single day at least 3 times a day. Thanks for the info! 🙂
 
So I got my official letter in the mail today. It was postmarked yesterday. Good luck to you all and hope to see some of you in the Fall.🙂

Oh yeah, I am waiting it out for sure, Purdue is an awesome school and I love everything about it. Good Luck to all of you!!!!
 
The waitlist really varies by year, 2 years ago everyone on the waitlist was eventually offered admission. To be in the top 10 is definitely safe, on average about 25 ppl are pulled off the waitlist at Purdue.
 
Hi All! I received my acceptance to Purdue in the mail today! I was stunned. My acceptance came in a brown envelope, about 5 X 7, and included information regarding financial aid, log in for the My Purdue site, and other medical and immunization forms, etc. Best of luck to all of you!

🙂 Today is the happiest day of my life, the long wait is over now!! 🙂 I"m accepted to Purdue. I just got the 5x7 brown envelope today. 🙂 heehehe.. i'm so happy!

Wait-listed; 74 of 80. "Disappointment" doesn't quite describe the feeling.
 
I received my letter on Monday as well! Still haven't completely decided on Purdue though. I've also got offers from UK or UC, but I'm from southern Indiana so Purdue is hard to pass up...its just so flat and cold up north lol tough decision! Congrats everyone!🙂
 
Does anyone know if the interview is rank criterion? Or do you think the whole application, including the interview, is used to rank candidates?

In-state tuition should make that an easy decision..
 
I am giving up my spot at Purdue. As an out-of-state, the tuition is way too expensive. good luck to y'all!

I haven't seen anything regarding registration yet. Although, in the accepted student chat several weeks ago, Dean Mason said it should be going out later that week. I was beginning to get worried. Did yours come by mail? I have checked the My Purdue site a few times to make sure there weren't any messages about registration, but nothing yet. It will seem real once I am registered for classes. I'm an out of state student, so it takes a bit longer to receive things. Thanks for the update! 👍

Yeah it came via regular mail yesterday. The letter was dated Apr 28. It lists the classes to register for and it gives your your registration PIN which allows you to register. It also lists your advisor's name and contact info.
