Purdue's GRE (Inactive Institution Code?)

Hello. I just got a letter from ETS stating that the institution code I provided for Pursue was "Inactive." The code I used was 1573, which is the number provided by the AAVMC summary report. Does anyone know the correct code or a link that might list the institution code? Thanks!
