I know this shouldn't make any difference, but should we carry a purse and a portfolio to interviews or just a portfolio? What is usually the norm?

But whatever you're comfortable with.
I help on interview panels, and I don't think anybody I've interviewed with paid an ounce of attention to whether women were carrying purses or not.Zayna06 said:I know this shouldn't make any difference, but should we carry a purse and a portfolio to interviews or just a portfolio? This seemed very strange to me since the interviews are only a half day and it won't go very well with my suit, but I'm going to do exactly what they have asked me.

mccarth2 said:A portfolio is a nice leather folder that typically has a pad of paper to write on and a place for business cards etc. Is that your doggie in the picture? Long haired doxens are the cutest 😍
Yes, me too!accidental said:I thought a portfolio was a collection of headshot photos.
