Pushing back graduation

On my AMCAS application I indicated that I would finish my thesis-based Master's by December. I still don't feel ready to defend however, and will most likely push my thesis defense a few months.

Do I need to contact all the schools I applied to and inform them of this? (I've already been accepted to a few).
