Putting applications on hold.

Does anyone out there know how to go about putting their applications on hold? I'd like to notify some schools and request having my application looked at after they recieve my grades for this quarter. Who do you call for something like this and what is the best way to go about asking for this? Thanks all!

o come on. too many overachievers on sdn. no one has ever done this? please help.

I've never done it.

But I did wonder about this a while ago. The advice which was given to me was to contact the school and tell them individually.
