putting grades on application

I'm preparing myself for the upcoming cycle !
And many ppl told me that I should get a copy of unofficial transcript beforehand so there'll be no hassle in putting in the grades, etc.

But is DPR (Degree Progress Report) sufficient for inserting grades on the app???

Correct me if I'm wrong, as I haven't applied yet, but I think all you'll really need is the course/dept. name/number, grade, and the semester. If the document has that information, you should be good to go. In the event it doesn't, most (all?) schools allow you to access your unofficial transcript online free of charge.

You just need to enter it as it is on your official transcript. Sometimes they abbreviate classes differently, just pay the 5 bucks or whatever and get an unofficial the same day you give them the transcript matching form to send out your transcript.
