How do I put my publication in AAMC that haven't come out, but will after I submit my AAMC. I am a junior, and my publications will mostly come out in my senior year (if accepted). How can I show that in my med school application, if I applying end of junior year?

You mention it AFTER it has been accepted for publication. Before then, it is a submission, which you can certainly mention, but mere submissions have no value to adcoms. Of course, if it hasn't even been submitted, then it's nothing! 🙂

Submissions that are accepted for publication after you apply become updates to schools that accept them.

If you feel compelled to mention a submitted paper before it is accepted, when refraining from doing so is preferred, add it to the affiliated Research space, or ask your PI LOR writer to mention the manuscript submission.
