The place I applied to for a job sent me an email requesting 4 references, 3 of which must be supervisors. I don't have enough supervisors or managers (no prior work experience, only had one volunteering supervisor), most of my references are from professors.

One of my professor is also an advisor for our class. He supervises our class activities and meetings. Would it be a stretch to put him as one of my "supervisors"?

or one of my professors sometimes supervises the health clinic I volunteer at. can i put him as a supervisor instead of professor?

are you sure they need 3...you mean THREE supervisors LORs? that is a lot..really a lot. make sure to call/email that school!

As long as that professor writes LOR as 'supervisor' position..then yes he will be recognized as supervisor.

they're not requesting LORS. only an online survey. This is for a tech job haha

so I might have to ask that professor to put "supervisor" specifically then...? sigh

thanks
