Just curious, does anyone incorporate the following into a Test Report?

Vitals

I would say it depends on the context for some of those items and the reason for the referral and your own scope of practice. For example, I would probably only mention height, weight, BMI, etc. if I had seen an individual with FASD or Anorexia, or something where that information might have special relevance. However, I always report medications.
