puzzling status at yale

after not being updated for a looooong time, my yale status page now shows that they got my committee packet of recs, my mcat scores, my fee, and my certification form. they got my secondary electronically. however, the status page says
Application Complete and in Review: NO

any idea what that means? they are pretty clear that one shouldn't call them about app status, but i wonder if i should anyway. thoughts anyone?

it takes a few days for that to change to yes. mine was the same way. it's ok. good luck.

general consensus about yale is that they are super slow with everything. hang in there. (i have been complete for around 3 months and still haven't heard anything.)

Ditto... we might hear from Yale roughly the time become attendings.

I actually heard from yale a little over 2 weeks after they said my status was complete. I was complete nov 1. And honestly, I do not have super stats. So, i think that school is a bit of an enigma. i wouldn't call them though b/c the woman i called to schedule my interview was not too friendly.

my question was not so much about slowness as about why, if they have all my stuff and have posted it, i'm not listed as complete...

the slowness is another (also frustrating!) matter...

If they have all of your stuff, then that means that you are complete. But, maybe your application isn't in review yet. I would wade it out for a week and see what happens.
