w/ things like dizziness...do we really have to do a FULL neuro exam. of cousre iknow how to do it and all, but it just seems that theres soooo much to do and one could never do a thorought job on it and get all the PMHx, soci hx, etc.
also...if a pt is volume depleted or in a 'pertinent situation' etc.....do we have to check for orthostatic hypotension? i know how to once again...but it'll take soo much time! instead, how about just putting 'do orthostatics' in the 'plan' section?
