Q about eras

are you guys putting down "hours/wk" in the experiences section?...it seems a little impractical to try to estimate such a thing for various activites, esp. volunteer type stuff as they tend to be heavy in spurts rather than at a constant level.

I wish there was no such thing as a non-required field. It makes it difficult to know when you're helping or hurting yourself.

I hated that category. I remember it more for med school apps than for residency stuff though. As long as you don't go overboard it won't matter much.
