Hi friends,
My problem is that I want to go to some dental office as an observer. but, I don't konw how to ask the dentist or the office manager. Is there any special document i should prepare?

No there are no documents.........but if you are asking to observe at a private clinics they might be reluctant to allow you as they might need special permission from their patients so they might want to know which kind of cases are you most interested in.
