Q-local vs Q-Global

What are the main differences? From what I have seen, it seems like Q-global is the better deal. Is that accurate? Any experiences with both? Are they both a rip-off? Also, for now, the software would only be used for my personal use, not an entire practice.

We have a q-global account, with access for scoring the BASC—3 and Vineland-3. I use it for the BASC, but find it easier to score Vineland “by hand” using manual. As to be expected, report writer is pretty generic- I never use the reports or summaries.
