Q on UNECOM secondary

hi all. quick questions: on UNECOM's secondary app they ask you to list your extracurricular activities/interests. First, did u all just write what you are doing currently, or how far back did you go? Second, did you list dates and details, etc... or just what the activity was? Third, what did u include as extracurriculars? for example would publications, volunteering, conferences, etc... be under this category as well?
ok, that turned out to be a bunch of questions. Hope someone out there can share some advice.

Yes, I did list my current activities and interests. I went only as far as college. I did list dates like month/year and a brief 1 sentence description for each. The details should be left in the 2 provided essays. Extracurriculars should be volunteer activities...conferences may be included. Publications should be included if they're linked w/your research.
