Q.why unequal BP between arms in aortic dissection?

Depends on the location of aortic dissection -- but the cause of interarm blood pressure differences is the subclavian on one side being compressed more than the other. If you think about a hematoma spreading within the intima-media space of the aorta, it can easily spread to a branch point and compress the artery coming off at that point.
