If there was a question about treating invasive ductal carcinoma which one of these drugs would you pick? Methotraxate or cyclophosphamide?

I was thinking of methotraxate as I remember cyclophasphamide is mostly for vasculitis like Polyarteritis nodosa and Wegner's granulomatosis and to reverse toxicity I went with leucovorin, but on U-Rx it says cyclophosphamide can also be used for breat cancer and is always given with mesna while leucovorin is only used if there are symptoms of immune suppression.

wouldn't methotraxate be better choice than cyclosphosphamide?

Another question....

If Sox 9 mutation only affects sertoli cells then wouldn't the person be internally female, but externally male since leydig cells are ok and can convert T to DHT?
