Qbank and IV on CD?

Does anyone know about the Qbank and IV that people offer for sale on CD? Are they the same questions as the online version?

I assume these are bootleg copies but is there such a legit thing?

It looks real to me. I bought one without realizing QBank was on it. It is in document form and not the prettiest thing to look at, but it does the trick.
