Get usmleworld. I'm going to be really annoying in my posts because I keep stating that, but it's the best way to study.
I had qbank, did it all, and found it to be...not that helpful. It's good in a way because it helps you get over the frustration on being tested in minutiae that is not exam-worthy, but other than that I found the questions and interface to be less than helpful.
For $75 USMLEworld was the best value and use of my time, especially considering the fact that the interface was almost exactly like the one I encountered on the test. You'll be surprised by how having something that familiar can help you relax on test day...at least that was my experience.
Also, I do recommend kaplan's webprep lectures. I'm sure there are going to be those who disagree, but I think it's good to shake up your learning style a bit by having someone speak AT you rather than reading text and putting mental effort into your studies for 8-12 h a day. After studying for a few hours, it's nice to be able to sit back and just listen and look at some figures rather than arched over a desk...an effective way to cover those topics you most dread as well.
Good luck!
PS- Don't start studying 6mo + in advance for this test...the best use of your time is to learn your material in class first. If you don't...then you're not going to have a base of knowledge to fall back upon later.
