Qbook for shelf exams

Anyone finding Qbook helpful as they study for individual shelf exam? I'm coming across some VERY similar questions I had on my Family shelf. Just wondering if I will see repeats on my OB/Psych/etc shelfs.

i thought Q book was quite a bit more general than the shelves, which tend to have a lot more detailed stuff on them.

usedit for peds 99pctile
using it for ob gyn well you see the trend so far
its good its just like qbank for step one to gauge how you will do

if you can crack 85 on a q book your straight

There isn't a family medicine section in Qbook.

There isn't a family medicine section in Qbook.

I was just flipping through and found a few repeats in the internal section that were on my family shelf last month...I didn't make that clear, sorry.

i took psych the other day and found no repeats, but the length and general type of question were very similar...good prep in my belief.
