I've gone through several hundred questions and it seems mainly like a biology course review. There's a lot of pointless minitiaue I never see on NBME practice tests, and there's literally not a single question that requires the kind of deductive logic seen on the step or the nbme practice tests, stuff like describing a disease and then not asking what it is, but rather correlating it to another disease. I am only scoring in the 50s, but somehow I don't feel too worried since so much of it is stuff at the micro level (not the subject, but the processes), and the real thing seems to focus on the macro.
