I am not able to get the answer because i think i my setup might be wrong.. can someone tell me if this visualization of mine is right??

I think your visualization is correct. Just find the area of each section.
Pic: 4x5=20, pic and frame: 5x6=30.
frame=pic and frame - pic or 10=30-20
so the total sq feet is 30 and the sq ft of the frame is 10, thus the frame is 1/3 of the total area of the picture and frame.

Choice D is correct

Ok i get it now, thanks a lot.. i was getting it wrong because i was doing 20/30 * 100 and did not realize that the question was asking the ratio of frame:total area instead i was doing the picture:total area. So instead i was getting 66 1/3 as the answer.. 🙂
