Hi,

I've done the quantitative reasoning section of the Topscore cd and I didn't do very well. Does anyone have any suggestions on what books to use to prepare for the QR section of the DAT?

Try a Kaplan GRE book for some extra practice. They have lots more problems separated into easy, intermediate, and hard questions. They just don't have any probability problems so you'll need to go look at something else for that.

Ive heard the SAT II books are really good for QR. just a thought

I'm really good at O chem, just struggling with math especially with the speed needed to solve the DAT questions. I wonder how people are able to solve the questions fast and score above 20. I know I'll do better if I could work faster. How do you guys do it?

I'm relieved that I'm not the only person who finds this section difficult.

Looking at most scores it is often the lowest, but I hear few complaints.

If I find a trick, I'll keep you posted. Quid pro quo? OK?

Use the GRE books. If you practice with that, it will be more than enough.
