QR on Topscore????

I really hate math.
really really hate math.
and it hates me too, because it won't stay in my brain.

so I just took a topscore QR section only (Topscore test 1), and scored an 18.
I had to guess on several, and really didn't feel confident.

How close to real DAT is the QR on topscore?

Help me out plz! thanks 🙂

By using the search feature, you'll find several threads on comparing topscore to the real dat.

My topscore QR scores were 20, 22, 24, but I scored a 19 on the actual QR.

It depends on which version of the test you get.
I think topscore is kind of similar. I was scoring around 22 on topscore but on the real test I got 24.
in my opinion you should not spend time on the question you don't know. yo can skip them and then come back to them. many of the questions were really simple math like power or percent.

Yea, I did skip alot then come back. I made sure to get all the easy ones.
I'm still worried because I'm not that great with math :-/

how many right out of 40 is an 18? i haven't taken full lengths just doin math destroyer so idk where I stand score wise lol


ps im terrible at math as well, but luckily they say if u know how to do the problems in math destroyer, ull be fine.

i agree with slm, i scored 24-30 on topscore, and i got a 24 on the real DAT. Real DAT is harder than Topscore, try CDM

I think a major advantage to using topscore is that you are timed. On the DAT, you only have 45 minutes to finish 40 questions. So even if you can do every problem in math destroyer, if it takes you forever then you won't do well on the test.

I don't know how much this is true. I took DAT in Jan (didn't do well on the real one and scored as high as 24 on CDM). I completely agree that real DAT is harder than CDM.

My test is scheduled for Saturday- so I'm not sure how good CDM is going to be for me...
I have destroyer math- and kaplan tests.... and topscore...

Whats the best combo to bring this up?
I just want 17-19 on QR.

Is a 16 on QR really bad?
