Qualifications for improving application for re-applicant

I am a re-applicant for this new cycle and I am getting prepared for the important essay for "what I have done to improve upon my application since the last time I applied" and I just came across a question. I was a part of summer research program over the summer of 2017 and it completed at the beginning of August. My question is, can I add the completion of my summer program as part of my essay for improving my application? I was able to talk about it for a couple of school's secondary apps last cycle, but I was not 100% completed with the program at that time. Can it still count as improvements since the majority of the program was after the submission of the AMCAS application last cycle?

You can, but this by itself isn't going to make you more attractive as a candidate. If you haven't done so already, please go read up gonnif's posts on reapplicants.

Thank you, Goro. It is not the only thing I have as improvements but definitely something I wanted to include if I was able to
