Hi all.
I'm on a research team that's going to be conducting a qualitative study that will involve lengthy phone interviews (probably an hour to two hours each). For various reasons, it's not possible for us to use either Skype or in-person interviews, so everything will be done by phone.
What's the best way/technology to record phone interviews to capture both ends of the conversation clearly? Anyone have any personal experiences with any methods that can recommend for or against anything specific?
