(edit) Which Pharmacy Schools have a good reputation with a reasonable acceptance rate? Which schools are the most difficult to get into? I'm really pursuing for Loma Linda and UIC. Which one is harder to be accepted into and what other good pharmacy schools do you recommend?

You're not going to find too many schools meeting both of those criteria. I can tell you that UIC is one of the more highly regarded schools in the Midwest, but it certainly is not easy to get into, especially if you're out of state.

I would think that the easier schools to get into would be some of the newer ones that have recently cropped up in the last year or two.

In what location are you looking for?

Which Pharmacy Schools have a good reputation while being easy to get into?

That's like asking, "What sports team can I root for that wins a lot but doesn't have a lot of fans?"

Y'all are funny with these (essentially) mutually exclusive situations.

where's a hot girl that i have a chance with?

How can you, an ugly man, date a hot chick, who is very popular?

(The above statement was classified as rhetorical question)

Nice edit, but we already quoted the original, so it won't help you seem any smarter.

You could try poking around this website. Seems like a good source of information to me.

to answer your question about LLU and UIC, in my experience, I been led to think that LLU is tougher, mainly because of the number of applicants that CA schools attract and the smaller class size of LLU. according to the aacp website, in 2008 the enrollment rate was 12.7 apps per 1 matriculation at LLU, and 9.4:1 at UIC. (http://www.aacp.org/resources/student/pharmacyforyou/admissions/Documents/PSAR1011_Table8.pdf)

But I really think those numbers are irrelevant. Realize that these are two totally different schools (religion, tuition amt., weather, etc.). my advice to you would be to broaden your critiques on schools.

good luck.

@charfdorn- im pretty sure you understood what i meant, but whatever. and i didn't edit to "sound smarter", but to restate the question. but yeah thanks for the link anyways.
