Was it always a rule to not be able to use a calculator or was this rule applied when they made the pcat changes?? It seems that a lot of the questions from the Cliff's practice test can be solved without a calculator and this book was made in 2006. I know cliff's isn't a good source for math since it's not up to date and includes geometry but it's still helpful for probability and questions involving fractions.
