Quantitative res ranking; not trolling

Forgive me if my acronyms are off, but is the RRC the entity that inspects residency programs? I understand that they place a program on a schedule of visits, for lack of better word, according to how comfortable they feel leaving the program to its own devices. The longer the cycle, the "better" a given residency might be, everything else being equal.

So if that is accurate, is that sort of information available somewhere? Or does it involve asking each program what their cycle is?
