Can someone explain quantum numbers.. Topscore questions asks..
what are the quantum # for the highest energy electron in element F? I know n=2 because teh config is 1s2 2s2, 2p5.. now explain how we get m1 and l(L)
Also what is the trick behind.. knowing if a substance is thermodynamical favorable and there is another one like that kinetically something??? I can't remember its in the destroyer.
