quarter system and BU secondary prerequisite grid

Hey guys,
BU says to use the conversion: 3 quarters=2 semesters when determining how many semesters of each subject we have taken.
However, in their electronic application, they have a pulldown menu of whole numbers (0,1,2,...). If I have say, 1.333 semesters according to the conversion (i.e. 2 quarters), is this 1 or 2 semesters?
Anyone know off hand what to do about this or have contacted them about it?
