Quarter system, graduating fall quarter, do I answer the gap year secondary?

Title says it all. My undergrad is on the quarter system, and I'll be graduating 2 quarters early in December, so should I fill out any secondary questions asking about gap year plans?

what are your plans after december

I've been working while in school, so I'll just be transitioning to a full-time position instead of part-time (50% --> 100%). No change in job description or title from what was listed on my Activities. I'll also be continuing the research I'm involved in on the side, along with a couple other extracurriculars. All of these have been listed in AMCAS, with end dates for summer 2020.

Thanks! If there is no gap year essay but there is an additional information section, should I include the same language, since it may not be obvious I'll have 6 months between graduation and matriculation?
