I would like to add to the slacker-
They won't do work but make up for it in social colonoscopies, kind of like the fellowship comment- They will not open a textbook and are constantly asking for help- They will probably never learn any real pathology and will kill people but will get a great job due to their ability to say the right thing at the right time-
hey thx thts a nice play of words. BTW sarcasm is the lowest form of witts . So nobody can really help wid this?
how does one differentiate the following on microscopy?😕

Background Information
Dr. Bill Reed was born in Kingsport, Tennessee. He graduated from Tulane University with a BS degree in 1969 and from Tulane University School of Medicine in 1973. Following graduation he did a surgical pathology internship and residency at Stanford University and a clinical pathology residency at University of California, San Diego.
He changed his career path in 1976 by beginning to practice emergency medicine. He practiced emergency medicine in San Diego for the next nineteen years and then stopped to begin the full time pursuit of a career in hair transplantation surgery in 1995.
You are Bill Reed?
I have to admit, this has pimp written on it.
Questions I have....graduated in 73 yet completed AP and CP AND a surgical pathology fellowship in 3 years before doing Emergency medicine in 76..How is that humanly possible?
And I believe '73 was the very first class of residents at the new Stanford program under Kempson/Dorfman.
That may very well be the craziest CV Ive seen in medicine.

suffice to say i wish i was Bill. there remains whisper of his legend back at stanford - Bill would get dorfman to go back for lymph nodes and run the bowel etc.
seriously though, how the hell does someone get away with so much bull**** on their cv?
I would say people willing to believe in the effectiveness of hair transplantation are willing to believe just about anything...
After my community derm rotation, I was seriously considering setting up a weekend botox clinic to make extra $$$... here's my question, how on EARTH would you get malpractice insurance to do anything cosmetic/aesthetic, etc, as a pathologist???

Bart: Nah, you've changed, man.
Homer: Well, I do have this robotic prostate, but you can't see it. [glances downward] Oh, you can.
