query- uploading LOR on CAAPID for BU

I am applying to BU and having trouble understanding how to send LOR to CAAPID.

My evaluators can't sent electronic copy so what next?
Can i scan and upload recommendation letters or do i need to ask professor to upload paper letters.🙁

Plz reply the deadline is approaching .
Also, how do i send ece results to CAAPID.

Your evaluators can scan the letter and upload it on the link provided by CAAPID when u put in their email id. Hope this helps.
