Ques about NYMC

I am a bit worried about NYMC. Seems people with similar stats have already gotten interviews and I haven't heard anything from them. My app was complete on 8/15.....is this just a really bad sign? What do you guys think, time to count this one out?

hey guys- i had a friend who applied there last year- had his apps complete by mid september- and didn't interview until march- got in- and is there now... so, chill - relax... they'll let you know.

good news poloace. i thought nymc was sort of a bottom rung med school. i figure i would've heard from at least the bottom of my list. maybe they're not though...

you shouldn't really consider them bottom rung... while they interview a fair amount of people, they have decent stats required for admission...

I was complete with them in september, and I got the interview invite two weeks ago... the earliest date they had was Jan 21, so they must be pretty backlogged.
