Question about AACOMAS grade replacement policy?

I'm a little confused about how AACOMAS replaces grades.

If you retake a class they calculate the newer grade and throw out the older one, correct?

I graduated from undergrad and I'm interested in retaking classes I messed up in. I was planning on enrolling as a non-degree student at a local university. Could my grades still be replaced even though I graduated already?

Yes and yes. Definitely make sure the retake lines up and is essentially the exact same course. Also make sure that it has greater than, or equal, credits.

nah, among top 25 MD schools it is an app killer, but in the real world, it is fine, so long as you do well. Save that money or put it to better use.
