question about AADSAS GPA

so, I just got the GPA calcuated on the AADSAS website, it has GPA and quality hours w/o as well as just GPA and quality hours and etc. What is this w/o referring to? the GPA for w/o is like .1 or .2 higher than my just GPA.

GPa without is the GPA calcualted with +/ signs.

For example, a B+ would be viewed as 3.33 in terms of GPA, where as GPA without would view B+ as a 3.0.
