If AADSAS starts sending their information to schools, I'm assuming your application is complete?

Here is my conundrum, I got the standard secondary request from UNLV. However, on the UNLV application, it says that they were missing transcripts from two colleges I attended. How can that be if AADSAS sent them my stuff?

Does AADSAS not wait until they receive transcripts from every school before mailing out their report to the schools?

From my experience, they send them out as soon as they get them. So if one school is later than another, they won't get sent together. I don't know if this is how it works, but this is what I have noticed with me.

When you submit your application, they will process it between 4-8 weeks and send it out to schools. They will not necessarily wait for all the letters to come in. However, after the applications are sent out to school, if they get any additional letters, they will send it out to the schools.
I asked them about that and that's what I was told.

perfect,

call up every school and have them tell you what is in your file and what (if anything) is missing. it will worth the effort.

mcataz,

I have also applied to UNLV and had similar problems with AADSAS. I had my application in by June11. I got everything else by mid - late july. AADSAS would tell me that they sent it all out two weeks prior and I would call the schools just to double check to find out that they were lacking two letters of Rec. Or transcripts. One school would lack one letter and the others would lack different ones. It sounds really goofy to me.

I think that there are so many papers to keep track of, it just gets confusing. There may be errors on AADSAS's part or each schools in filing or losing a certain document. They told me to just relax and it will all get to each school. I will add that I am not happy with AADSAS's service, but there is really nothing that we can do except apply to the four schools that don't use them.
