question about acceptance

If I get below a C in cell bio this semester, will schools rip my acceptance away from me?

Its possible...although I would think you should be definitely safe with B's. I would get confirmation with the school though, it is a lot to risk for a little bit of effort. You will also need to know the material in d school anyways

this one class is just killing me. I'll have B's and A's in everything else. The whole class is based on the final (there are no quizzes, tests, etc). and quite frankly, this worries me.

honestly, C's are fine i think..ur still passing, but to make sure, call the school u got accepted 2. i'm sure u'll be fine.

i heard that most schools just want you to pass and C's are fine. Obviously not all schools think that way or that i talked to them directly but im sure a C wouldnt hurt.

I hate to ask this, but is getting into UFCD only contingent on you getting your degree?

C's are fine... i know that because i got one in gen chem, and they didn't even mention it at my interview. But i wonder about something less than a C. It is a Bio course, but I already have more than enough hours of bio to complete the 8 hr requirement. And I think C-'s or even D's are good enough to pass the class, arent they?

i got 2 C- in biochem/anatomy
that i took over the summer.

of course, i didn't update my AADSAS, because it would be crazy to kill my GPA at the last moment..

On the other hand.. i think i'm receiving a C in my p-chem.

But that class can go to hell, and as long as dental schools accept a C from p-chem, i'm not too worried about the material at all.

a reason you might not want to do worse than a C is that depending on your school and what they consider to be an acceptable grade for credit towards your major, you may or may not get credit. for example, at my Uni you need Satisfactory grades (C- or above) to get bio major credit. So if I get a D+ I won't be able to graduate if it is a class for your major... not that I am planning to do that poorly... but for anyone planning on getting worse than a C-... think again.
