2 questions:

1- On the ADEA website, I tried to purchase the ebook version of the guide to DS, but it's not allowing me to choose the "online" option under the shipping method section. It doesn't need to be shipped anywhere. Anybody else having that problem? Also is there a difference in content between the ebook and printed copy?

2- When I registered to take the US DAT for last cycle, I was asked to list the schools I would like my scores to be sent to. I was a little confused as to whether I needed to include all of them or just one and then AADSAS would send the scores automatically to all the schools I applied to. So I included all the schools I applied to. For this cycle, do I need to request that those scores be sent to all these schools again, or does AADSAS just automatically send them to the schools? It seems like the latter is true, but I would like confirmation please. I just don't get why they would have asked me to list the schools to which I need to send my scores when registering for the test if it's ultimately an automatic process through AADSAS.

Clarification on these two things is much appreciated.

Thank you!

2) AADSAS will automatically send the scores. It's a little weird why they make you select each school individually. Like who wouldn't right? For people who didn't, it costs an extra 25 dollars for each school after they take the DAT. But it also explains the ridiculous price for the DAT. I think i paid 360 when I took it.

See that's what confusing me. I chose the schools on my list last cycle (not all schools in the US). What about this cycle? If my list of schools that I apply to changes from last year's I have to request for the scores to be sent to those extra schools too (and pay for it)? I don't quite get it.
Basically my question is this:
Last cycle I applied to (hypothetically) 10 schools. I included those 10 schools in my registration for the DAT.
This cycle if I apply to those same 10 schools, I don't need to request for my scores; i.e. I don't need to do anything? Or do I still request scores again?
If this cycle I apply to 5 extra schools, do I request scores for all 15 schools, or just pay for the 5 extra?

Thanks.

I don't think you have to select schools anymore?

If I recall, last year, you had to select which schools to send the scores to when you register for the test. If you decide to add a school later, it is something like $10 or $25 per school. However, speculations back then were that you didn't need to pay ADEA to send the scores, since all schools have access to the scores if they wanted to. Some people still did it to be safe.

This year, however, ADEA made it clear that all schools would have access to all your scores, so I don't think you have to select schools anymore. If you do, just select them all, even if you don't plan to apply to the schools.

To my understanding, before (or even now if you still have to select schools) is that if you select a school, then ADEA would send the scores to the school. If you don't select the school, ADEA will not send the scores, but the school can still go get them from ADEA.

hmm.. okay, thank you for clarifying!
