Does anyone know if you left school for an extended period of time before graduating should you list it as two different colleges attended as opposed to listing it as attending the same college for a long time? For example I was not in school from 2002 - 2006, but the returned to the same school after my hiatus so when I fill out my application it looks like I was in school from 2000-2007, any ideas? Perhaps it doesn't matter but I felt compelled to ask.

thanks zip, i thought that it look odd the way i had done it

Just to confirm what zipmedic said, I had e-mailed AMCAS about this same topic yesterday. This was their response:

You will list the school twice to reflect your separate dates of attendance.
