So i submitted my application forgetting to place my three semesters of research in my EC's. But I do mention it in my essay, and its listed in my grade calculation. Once it is submitted is there anything that can be done to add the research to EC's or will I be okay if I did not list it?

I don't think you can make changes to your AACOMAS application anymore. Some schools will ask you in their secondaries to re-elaborate on your ECs.

I personally think that since you took credits and received grades for research, it would sort of be redundant to mention it again in ECs. Your choice though, it is your application at the end.
