I just want to know is there a list of school statistics that show the percentage of acceptance of student by date of application submitted? Or are there schools known to be more lenient about time? I am ALMOST done with my application but not quite, I am predicting somewhere in August. I know earlier is better, but with work and school its hard.

another question is that, i've heard bout some people (like one of the dentist I know) getting into dental schools without interviews. is this even fair? not that i have a say or anything. but seems odd to me

There aren't any real percentages, but I've been to a couple talks hosted by UCSF and UOP and they tell me that they send out interviews to ~50% of their seats to applicants that apply before or early August. At least with these schools, they are rolling admissions so the earlier the better!

And about your dentist, he must be old school because I've never heard of that flying by recently. Dental schools can't just accept anyone nowadays. It's incredibly competitive and they want to know your heart's in it.

Yes I'm pretty sure people can get into Creighton without interviews even in the current cycle. Most schools aren't like that. Creighton has interviews but I've heard they're optional.
